Our PE focus for this term has been small ball skills.
Every Wednesday afternoon we head outside to do a variety of activities to do with throwing and catching small balls. We have been doing skill activities as well as playing some different games.
Here we are in action playing a game Mrs McLeod taught us called "Three Ball, Throw Ball"
Over the past few weeks we have been doing a Statistics unit for maths. We all carried out a Statistical Investigation with a partner and some of us even did one independently.
We had to:
Come up with a question that had 4-6 possible answers
e.g. "What is your favourite sport?"
Collect data using a tally chart
(we used the rhyme "One, two, three, four, number five shuts the door) to remember to record our tally marks correctly.
Present our data in a Pictograph and a Bar Graph.
